O'Grady Granby Police Department 259A East State St. Granby, Ma 01033 Dear Lt. O'Grady: I have received the petition of Joshua Robinson appealing the response of the Granby Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 1, 2021, Mr. Robinson requested records relating to an identified address for the past 2 years. The Department provided a response on March 2, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Robinson petitioned this office, and SPR21/0595 was opened as a result. The Department provided a supplemental response on March 25, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s March 2nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Robinson may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
