G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 6, 2021, Mr. Friedman requested records pertaining to email service payments and public records requests made to the City. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/0448 and SPR21/0489 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 11, 2021). In my March 11th determination, I ordered the City to provide Mr. Friedman with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with the order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations. The City responded on March 10, 2021, and provided responsive records relating to appeal number SPR21/0448. Unsatisfied with the City’s response Mr. Friedman appealed and SPR21/0598 was opened as a result. Current Appeal In his current appeal, Mr. Friedman indicates that the City did not provide all responsive records. Subsequently, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Friedman’s request with a response sent on March 24, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s March 11th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Friedman may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
