Murray Supervisor of Records March 19, 2021 SPR21/0601 Titi Siriphan City Clerk City of Gardner 95 Pleasant Street, Room 121 Gardner, MA 01440 Dear Ms. Siriphan: I have received the petition of Paul DeMeo appealing the response of the City of Gardner (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 16, 2021, Mr. DeMeo requested documentation concerning “. . . West Street in Gardner.” The City provided a response to Mr. DeMeo’s request on March 12, 2021, which was then appealed by Mr. DeMeo to this office. In an email on March 19, 2021, Mr. DeMeo informed this office that he wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Mr. DeMeo’s request to withdraw his appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
