Murray Supervisor of Records March 29, 2021 SPR21/0633 Julie Ciollo Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority 10 Park Plaza, Suite 7760 Boston, MA 02110 Dear Attorney Ciollo: I have received the petition of Friedrich Lu appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Lu requested the records of a certain bus route on a particular day. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the MBTA provided Mr. Lu a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Lu may appeal the substantive nature of the MBTA response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
