G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 1, 2021, Ms. Petroni requested “a list of all COVID gathering fines issued by the health department between January l -31, 2021.” Claiming to not have received the responsive records, Ms. Petroni petitioned this office and SPR21/0636 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City provided a response to Ms. Petroni on March 18, 2021, which included responsive records. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Ms. Petroni may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days.
