G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Petrini-Smith requested that the withheld documents from an earlier request be released in redacted form. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Petrini- Smith petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Petrini- Smith’s request with a response sent on March 29, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Petrini-Smith may appeal the substantive nature of City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
