G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 4, 2021, Mr. DiNatale requested, “…copy of the Guaranteed Service Agreement application pertaining to the 190 High Street street opening permit.” The Commission responded on March 17, 2021. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. DiNatale appealed and SPR21/0691 was opened as result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Mr. DiNatale’s request with a response sent on March 23, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Commission’s March 17th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
