G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Williams requested identified internal affairs complaints. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Williams petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. It is my understanding the City provided Mr. Williams a response on March 29, 2021. Given that this appeal was backed on the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this appeal closed.
