G. L. c. 66, §10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Malakie requested records from the City’s Department of Parks & Recreation, Purchasing, Engineering, “concerning the Bullough’s Pond dam in Newton.” The Department provided a response on March 9, 2021, which Ms. Malakie appealed to this office. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a further response to Ms. Malakie on April 2, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s March 9th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Malakie may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s April 2nd response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
