The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records March 25, 2021 SPR21/0721 Jaclyn A. Beaulieu Hudson Housing Authority 8 Brigham Circle Hudson, MA 01749 Dear Ms. Beaulieu: I have received the petition of Ann Karnofsky appealing the nonresponse of the Hudson Housing Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Karnofsky requested several categories of records within the possession of the Authority. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Karnofsky petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Authority responded to Ms. Karnofsky’s request with a response sent on March 20, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Karnofsky may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Ann Karnofsky Lori McBride, Esq.
