G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 13, 2021, Ms. Morales requested “1.text of by-law change in Article 22 of fall town meeting 2020 as it existed when warrant was posted. 2. text of by-law change submitted to Attorney General 3. Vote tally of vote on such article 4.RFP for trash hauler and all responses 5. RFP for trash bag supplier and all responses.” Previous appeal The requested records were the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/0188 Determination of the Supervisor of Public Records (February 11, 2021). In my February 11th determination, I ordered the Town to produce a response. On February 16, 2021, the Town responded. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Morales petitioned this office and SPR21/0725 was opened as result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff attorney of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Morales’ request with a response sent on March 29, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s February 16th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Morales may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
