The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April 6, 2021 SPR21/0727 Attorney Keith Garland Plymouth County District Attorney's Office 166 Main Street Brockton, MA 02301 Dear Attorney Garland: I have received the petition of Stephanie Deeley appealing the nonresponse of the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Deeley requested records of certain cases and the case materials. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Deeley petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Conclusion Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office responded to Ms. Deeley’s request with a response sent on March 24, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Deeley may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~ .·,___ ·o 'PuwwA .f) .4 • ~ ~ - Rebecca S.
