Dahill, Town Clerk Town of Carver 108 Main Street Carver, MA 02330 Dear Ms. Dahill: I have received the petition of Mary Dormer appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Carver (Town) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Ms. Dormer requested several categories of records within the possession of the Town. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Dormer petitioned this office and SPR21/0751 and SPR21/0753 were opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town responded to Ms. Dormer’s requests with a response sent on March 17, 2021. Where these appeals were opened as a result of the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Ms. Dormer may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
