G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 9, 2021, Mr. Contos requested “any and all records relating to, but not limited to, the registration, payment of fees, annual filings, and correspondences between” the Town and a named party. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Contos petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Contos with a response to his request dated March 31, 2021. Whereas the basis of the appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s lack of response to Mr. Contos’ request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Contos may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
