Murray Supervisor of Records March 30, 2021 SPR21/0768 Joan Landers Winchendon Public Schools 66A Baker Street Foxborough, MA 02035 Dear Ms. Landers: I have received the petition of Marion King appealing the nonresponse of the Winchendon Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. King requested a letter sent regarding “Complaint PR4140.” Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the School intends to provide Ms. King a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. King may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
