G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 9, 2021, Mr. Crowley requested “...any and all emails among [named individuals] and members of the Cambridge Police command staff regarding [his] requests of February 11, 2021 as well as subsequent requests.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Crowley petitioned this office and SPR21/0780 was opened as a result. Conclusion Despite notification of this appeal, it remains unclear whether the City has provided a response. As such, the City is ordered to provide Mr. Crowley with a response to his request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within 10 business days.
