The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April 6, 2021 SPR21/0781 Lynn Catarius, Ph.D. Director of Student Services Amesbury Public Schools 5 Highland Street Amesbury, MA 01913 Dear Dr. Catarius: I have received the petition of Marion King appealing the response of the Town of Amesbury Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. King requested the “Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Letter of Finding for complaint PRS 4331, redacted of any confidential information.” The School provided a response to Ms. King on February 8, 2021. Ms. King appealed the School’s response to this office and this appeal was opened. Subsequently, I learned on April 5, 2021 that the School responded to Ms. King’s request by providing her with requested records. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s February 8th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
