G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 3, 2021, Mr. Mazurczyk requested records of “two Verizon accounts and devices” along with the “latest unredacted invoices of these Verizon accounts.” The Town provided a response on March 15, 2021, which Mr. Mazurczyk appealed to this office on March 30, 2021. Subsequently, I learned that the Town further provided responsive records to Mr. Mazurczyk on April 12, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s March 15th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s April 12th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
