G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 12, 2021, Mr. Friedman submitted five public records requests seeking various categories of records in the City’s possession. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Friedman petitioned this office and these appeals were opened as a result. Conclusion Subsequently, I learned the City provided Mr. Friedman with a response to his requests dated March 31, 2021. Whereas the basis of these appeals were opened as a result of the City’s lack of response to Mr. Friedman’s requests, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Mr. Friedman may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
