G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Johnson requested a “MassDot caused payment to be made to EJT on December 15, 2020.” The Office provided a response on March 29, 2021 which Mr. Johnson appealed to this office. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded to Mr. Johnson’s request with a further response sent on March 30, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s March 29th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
