The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records April 12, 2021 SPR21/0802 Michael Vigneux Records Access Officer City of Worcester Law Department 455 Main Street, Room 303 Worcester, MA 01608 Dear Mr. Vigneux: I have received the petition of Brittany Anderson appealing the response of City of Worcester (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 28, 2021, Ms. Anderson requested records relating to a complaint concerning an identified address. On March 29, 2021, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Anderson petitioned this office and SPR21/0802 was opened as result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a supplemental response to Ms. Anderson on April 1, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s March 29th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Anderson may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1) Sincerely, Rebecca S.
