G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 28, 2021, Ms. Anderson requested records relating to a complaint concerning an identified address. On March 29, 2021, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Anderson petitioned this office and SPR21/0802 was opened as result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided a supplemental response to Ms. Anderson on April 1, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s March 29th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
