Connolly Records Access Officer Secretary of the Commonwealth McCormack Building One Ashburton Place, Room 1710 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Connolly: I have received the petition of Harris Contos appealing the nonresponse of the Secretary of the Commonwealth to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 9, 2021, Mr. Cantos requested “...any and all records relating to, but not limited to, the registration, payment of fees, annual filings, and correspondences between these parties and the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth.” It is my understanding that a response was provided to Mr. Cantos on April 8, 2021. In light of the April 8th letter, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Cantos may appeal the substantive nature of the response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
