G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 7, 2020, Mr. Manjarrez requested, “…unredacted copies of the executive session minutes and related reports and documents as noted and described and ordered released the OML Determination 2020-120 referenced below and which you have already received a copy thereof on September 25, 2020.” Subsequently, Mr. Manjarrez requested, “…open session minutes from 1/1/2012 to 12/31/2013.” Conclusion In his April 6, 2021 conversation with a Public Records staff person, Mr. Manjarrez stated that he wished to withdraw the appeal.
