G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 9, 2021, Mr. Davis requested, “[a]ny documents relating to contracts issued with any S.O.T. P. treatment providers for sex offender treatment at the Massachusetts Treatment Center, I am requesting signed and approved contracts that will begin in July 2021 for the 2021- 2022 calendar years or whatever said term might be.” On March 16, 2021, the Department responded. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Davis petitioned this office and SPR21/0854 was opened as result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a supplemental response to Mr. Davis on April 7, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s March 16th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Davis may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
