Murray Supervisor of Records April 15, 2021 SPR21/0863 Diane Crory Town Clerk/Records Access Officer Town of Littleton 37 Shattuck Street Littleton, MA 01460 Dear Ms. Crory: I have received the petition of Christine Nordhaus appealing the response of the Town of Littleton (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Nordhaus requested certain messages exchanged between the dates of “January 1, 2016 through the present.” Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town’s Legal Counsel, Ivria Glass Fried of Miyares and Harrington, LLP provided a further response on April 6, 2021. Conclusion Where this appeal was based on the April 5, 2021 response from the Town, I will consider this appeal closed. Ms. Nordhaus may appeal the Town’s April 6th response within 90 days.
