G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 15, 2021, Mr. Barry requested “[a]ny and all documents, including but not limited to arrest reports…” related to two named individuals. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Barry petitioned this office and SPR21/0865 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City provided Mr. Barry with a response to his request dated February 26, 2021. Whereas the basis of the appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of response to Mr. Barry’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
