G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On February 26, 2021, Ms. Deeley requested, records relating to an incident that occurred on March 13, 2013. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/0727 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (April 6, 2021). On March 24, 2021, the Office responded. Unsatisfied with the Office's response, Ms. Deeley appealed and SPR21/0884 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded to Ms. Deeley’s request with a response sent on April 20, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s March 24th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Deeley may appeal the Office’s April 20th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
