Box 9106 Concord, MA 01742 Dear Ms. Roth: I have received the petition of Mac Hudson appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction, MCI Concord (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Hudson requested records relating to a certain memo. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Hudson petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Hudson’s request with a response sent on April 14, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
