G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 24, 2021, Malden Transparency requested certain emails correspondence. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Malden Transparency petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the City provided Malden Transparency with a response to the request dated April 22, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of response to Malden Transparency’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Malden Transparency may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
