G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 24, 2021, Malden Transparency requested certain emails regarding the “Open Meeting Law and/or Open Meeting Law complaints.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Malden Transparency petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Conclusion Subsequently, I learned the City provided Malden Transparency with a response to the request dated April 13, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of response to Malden Transparency’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. It is my understanding that Malden Transparency has appealed the substantive nature of the City’s response. Malden Transparency’s concerns will be addressed in a further appeal.
