G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 12, 2021, Attorney Hart requested numerous documents from the Office. On March 26, 2021, the Office provided a response. Unsatisfied with the response, Attorney Hart appealed and SPR21/0917 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office responded to Attorney Hart’s request with a response sent on April 15, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s March 26th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
