Rubenstein appealing the nonresponse of the City of Malden (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On December 23, 2019, Attorney Rubenstein requested four categories of records concerning an identified individual. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided a response to Attorney Rubenstein on April 22, 2021. Conclusion Given that this appeal was based on a lack of a response by the City, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
