Sawyer appealing the response of the Department of Housing and Community Development (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 14, 2021, Ms. Sawyer requested, “… [a]ny and all documents regarding or related to: (i) HAC Case No. 20-10; (ii) Weston BPR LLC; (iii) Mill Creek Residential Trust; (iv) MCRT Investments LLC; and/or (v) Real property located at [identified addresses] … Weston, Massachusetts” On January 29, 2021, the Department provided a response. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Sawyer appealed, and SPR21/0924 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Ms. Sawyer’s request with a response sent on April 20, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s January 29th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
