G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 22, 2021, Attorney Shedd requested eight (8) categories of records pertaining to a specified investigation. The Department provided a response on March 29, 2021, withholding the requested records pursuant to Exemption (f). G. L. c. 4, § 7(26)(f). Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Attorney Shedd petitioned this office and SPR21/1040 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Attorney Shedd emailed this office on April 26, 2021, indicating the Department had fulfilled the request.
