G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 14, 2021, Mr. Brown requested, “… all information pertaining to the hiring of a company by the City to remove beaver(s) from the swamp adjacent to the Goose Cove Reservoir.” On April 22, 2021, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Brown appealed and SPR21/1049 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Brown’s request with a further response sent on April 28, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s April 22nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Brown may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
