G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 22, 2021, Attorney Shedd requested numerous records pertaining to an identified Department case Claiming to not yet have received a response, Attorney Shedd petitioned this office and appeal SPR21/1058 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a response on April 29, 2021. Whereas the basis of the appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of response to Attorney Shedd’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
