G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Africa requested several categories of records within the possession of the Department relating to education and licensing programing. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Africa petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Department responded to Ms. Africa’s request with a response sent on April 30, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
