G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 1, 2021, Mr. Difazio requested: “A. Enrollment numbers (by major if possible), going back to 2010 until now B. Application numbers going back to 2010 until now C. Annual budgets going back to 2010. For the budgets I am looking for both the whole budget and then the budget summary as well if possible.” Having received no response, Mr. Difazio petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the College provided a supplemental response on Friday, April 30, 2021. In light of this supplemental response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
