Murray Supervisor of Records May 13, 2021 SPR21/1092 Seah Levy Public Records Access Officer City of Cambridge 795 Massachusetts Avenue Cambridge, MA 02139 Dear Ms. Levy: I have received the petition of Attorney Kimberly S. Courtney appealing the nonresponse of the City of Cambridge (City) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On March 22, 2021, Attorney Courtney requested “…all documents and communications…to, from or created by the Cambridge City Council, including minutes, transcripts and/or recordings of meetings, pertaining to a pending litigation case.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Attorney Courtney petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1092, was opened as a result. It is my understanding the City provided a response dated May 12, 2021 to Attorney Courtney. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
