G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 7, 2021, Ms. McGarry requested “[i]ncident report(s)” with the dates of January 25, 2021 and March 18, 2021. The Department provided a response on April 9, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. McGarry petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1109, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned on May 5, 2021 that the Department provided Ms. McGarry with requested records. In light of this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
