Murray Supervisor of Records May 7, 2021 SPR21/1126 Anne-Marie Condon Administrative Manager Hopkinton Police Department 74 Main Street Hopkinton, MA 01748 Dear Ms. Condon: I have received the petition of Jim Haddadin of NBC10 Boston appealing the response of the Hopkinton Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 3, 2021, Mr. Haddadin requested records pertaining to two specified police incident reports. In an email to this office on May 6, 2021, Mr. Haddadin requested that his appeal be withdrawn, indicating that he “received the records at issue.” Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
