Box 1069 Pittsfield, MA 01201 Dear Attorney Dohoney: I have received the petition of a requestor appealing the nonresponse of the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 19, 2021, the requestor inquired to obtain the following records: “[1] List of docket numbers and case types for all cases for which [named individual] has entered an appearance, either as a defense attorney or prosecutor; [2] All transcripts of any proceedings in which [named individual] has an appearance.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1151, was opened as a result. A representative of the Office provided a response to the requestor on May 11, 2021. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
