See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 23, 2021, Mr. Hansen requested the following records: [1] All policies/procedures/general orders concerning unit call sign structure. This would include information about length of call signs and what the digits correspond to; [2] … the general order concerning radio communication procedures in this information is covered in that document. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Hansen petitioned this office and SPR21/1167 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority responded to Mr. Hansen’s request with a response sent on May 19, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Authority’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hansen may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
