Murray Supervisor of Records May 13, 2021 SPR21/1207 Richard Howarth Accounting Department City of Framingham 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Mr. Howarth: I have received the petition of Frank Wood appealing the response of the Framingham Accounting Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On May 3, 2021, Mr. Wood requested “invoices and bills received by city for services rendered by” a certain law firm during a particular time period. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Wood appealed, and this case was opened as a result. In an email to this office, the Department, and the City of Framingham on May 13, 2021, Mr. Wood indicated his wish to “[c]ancel the appeal.” Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
