G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Ms. Burns a response dated May 17, 2021. The Office’s response states, “Ellen and I discussed the appeal and EOTSS has sent the responsive documents. We consider this request fulfilled and appeal satisfied.” Conclusion In light of the Office’s May 17th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
