Lonchiadis Shrewsbury Police Department 106 Maple Avenue Shrewsbury, MA 01545 Dear Mr. Lonchiadis: I have received your petition on behalf of the Shrewsbury Police Department (Department) seeking to charge $25.00 an hour for three hours in responding to a request made by Daniel Ochoa of Legal Plex LLC G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv). It is unclear if the Department has furnished a copy of the petition to Mr. Ochoa, as required by law. Conclusion I find that the Department has not demonstrated that it provided a copy of this petition to Mr. Ochoa, as required by G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2).
