Scanlan Records Access Officer Executive Office of Health and Human Services One Ashburton Place Room 1109 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Scanlan: I have received the petition of Ramona Lane appealing the nonresponse of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (Office) to a request for public records. See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 28, 2021, Ms. Lane requested the following records: [1] Access to (Mass Health) Executive Office of Health and Human Services (POSC) record file for January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 with use of my [Ms. Lane] NPI number, including remittance advice forms, claim entry submissions, prior authorization requests and submissions, audits through the (Provider Online Service Center) POSC, and all nonelectronic employment records affiliated third party contractors and vendors documentation with use of my [Ms. Lane] NPI number…; [2] Instructions and directives as how to properly submit requests, and fees associated to avoid delay and miscommunication; [3] All login activity of my [Ms. Lane] account through (Provider Online Service Center) Executive Office of Health and Human Services from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Ms. Lane petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/1214, was opened as a result.
