G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 13, 2021, Mr. Infami requested “… all Computer Aided Dispatch Trans[c]ripts, all EMS calls, all Calls for Service Reports, all incident reports, all fire reports, all audio tape/digital files for 911 calls, all other documents and log book entries pertaining to [an identified address] pertaining to the date of April 13, 2021.” On April 16, 2021, the Department provided a response. Unsatisfied with the response, Mr. Infami petitioned this office and SPR21/1219 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided a response on May 28, 2021. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s April 16th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Infami may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s May 28th response within 90 calendar days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
