G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sanders submitted a request for “any and all curriculum vitaes of all LPN’s that are contracted through Well Path, to treat the prison population… at MCI-Norfolk.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Sanders petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated May 14, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
