G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On April 15, 2021, Mr. Szafranski requested specified emails in the Office’s possession. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Szafranksi petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Office provided Mr. Szafranksi with a response to his request dated May 27, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of response to Mr. Szafranksi’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
